1. Service Description
SparkleICT provides residential trash bin cleaning services. We use high-pressure hot water to clean, sanitize, and deodorize trash and recycling bins.
2. Access and Scheduling
Customers must ensure their bins are curbside and empty on the scheduled service day. If we cannot access your bins, a trip fee may apply.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or as agreed upon during booking. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.
4. Liability
We are not responsible for damage to loose or broken bins that occurs during the normal cleaning process. We are not responsible for cleaning hazardous materials.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Summer Season Pass (Founder's Club) – Pre-Sale Disclosure
The "Summer Season Pass" or "Founder's Club" is a pre-paid package for the upcoming summer season. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- Service Start Date: Services begin on or after June 1, 2026. No services are rendered prior to this date.
- Service Includes: Three (3) scheduled bin cleanings during June, July, and August 2026.
- Route Scheduling: Your specific service dates will be communicated via email before June 1, 2026.
- No Guarantee of Exact Dates: While we prioritize your selected pickup day, exact dates may vary based on route optimization.
7. Refund Policy
Before Service Begins: If you cancel your Season Pass before your first scheduled cleaning, you are entitled to a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
After Service Begins: Once your first cleaning has been completed, refunds are prorated based on remaining cleanings. No refunds are issued after the second cleaning.
Subscription Plans (Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
One-Time Cleanings: Refunds are available if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
